BECOMING AN ARTYTIME VENUE

We're so excited to share your space! As an Artytime venue you can expect the painting portion of the event to last about 2 hours. A popular starting time is  7pm on weekdays and weekends. The timing is flexible according to venue of course. In addition, we will need a 45 minute set up and clean up time frame. You can expect 2 drinks per person x 25 to 40 people as your revenue for the evening. If you serve food as well, that would be additional revenue. An Artytime event often times brings new, typically female based cliental to your establishment. 

HOW IT WORKS You provide a space and chairs to seat 25 to 40 party goers. The tables should be cleared and we will cover tables with table clothes for protection. We will need a water source to fill cups that we provide for paintbrushes. Waitstaff for the event will bring in more revenue as painters can get involved with their paintings and will be more apt to have another cocktail if a waitstaff is proactively attentive. The beginning of the event is a rush as the painters are settling in and starting with a cocktail before painting. about 30 minutes into the event is another opportunity for a rush as we take a break for drying time. We provide our own tunes in between instruction. If there is a separate room, it might be beneficial. Bright lighting is necessary, no need for mood lighting on these evenings. An UN-CARPETED room is preferable.
